Oh my word, this cake is incredible. It’s so soft and pillowy and practically melts in your mouth. It’s a light sweetness, and the whipped cream filling tastes rich and smooth without being overly rich, and tastes like soft serve ice cream. It’s like eating a sweet cloud!

I found this at Hmart, the local Korean grocery store chain. It’s where I get most of my asian snacks actually. It looked so good I had to try it. I try to not eat too much sugar but this was so delicious that it was absolutely worth it.

Even just one slice was very satisfying.

Absolutely delicious and perfect with a nice cup of tea.
